zorroutils 0.03

I released zorroutils 0.03. Changes:
  - Move Zorro database from /etc/zorro.ids to /usr/share/zorro.ids
  - Always use the included zorro.h, which is a stripped version of
    <linux/zorro.h>
  - Enclose board descriptions by square brackets (more about this in my next
    mail)
  - Update copyright message and email address

Impatient people can get it using anonymous CVS from cvs.linux-m68k.org, and
soon from http://home.tvd.be/cr26864/Linux/zorroutils/.
