Enabling Amiga SCSI low level and MFCIII drivers

I have just uploaded a patch to enable the Amiga SCSI low level drivers
and the MFCIII driver in the 2.3 config and Makefiles.

The code for arch/ppc/config.in was taken from the 2.3.99pre2 m68k tree.

MFCIII ser_mfc.o does not compile, while the gvp11 driver works fine.
