Aha, arch/ppc/config.in does `source drivers/scsi/Config.in', while arch/m68k/config.in has the whole list of Amiga supported SCSI cards. Someone needs to move them to drivers/scsi/Config.in, since they depend on CONFIG_ZORRO and/or CONFIG_AMIGA anyway.
