There's no relationship.

The stuff on the Project Page is located on download.sourceforge.net. Stuff
can be uploaded there via incoming.

If you have time Alan, please upload everything from the FTP area there (old
versions for the modules can be uploaded, just give the correct date) and move
it to obsolete.
