Nope.  I downloaded it though a couple weeks ago.

I've tried a few of the 2.3.xx, 2.3.99 kernels on my
PC, and they have not worked well for me.  They all
have some problem or another for the configuration I
need.

I'll probably try the 2.4.0 test1 at some point when my
curiousity gets the best of me.

Oh I sure folks noticed though I just read an article in
some computer magazine that 2.4 kernels were way behind
schedule, and Linus was quoted as saying he didn't care.
Something about wanting a quality product...
