[APUS-dev] CVS repository layout

Sven and I have agreed on this first approach:

- one module for kernel and boothack each

- two branches in the kernel module for 2.{2,3}


If nobody objects, Sven will set it up like this. I suppose adding more
modules later won't be a problem.
