a few strange cases

hi,

a couple of people have just lost their subscriptions to the APUS
users list - I'm not sure if this is a SF bug - or some very peculiar
workings. Of course, if you are unsubscribed, you wont read this, but
if, in future, you suddenly get unsubscribed - or have just resubscribed
after such an event - please contact me and I'll see if I can chase
that up.  thanks!
