Booting Linux with HighwayUSB works!

Hi!

I recently got a tip from Chris Hodges. It is possible to
disable the HighwayUSB hardware with this command:

addusbhardware devs:usbhardware/highwayusb.device REMOVE

It works excellent! :)
He wasn't very keen on making drivers for Linux, though.
He said that it would be a waste of time.
