this is well known historically. the timings of AmigaOS and its memory 
access speeds arent as demanding. Linux really does push more stuff 
through the hardware

lack of voltage perhaps due to your larger RAM modules... maybe thats why 
Phase5 specced 128Mb maximum? :-)

well, of course it does.. my 603e@240 060@50 has been a long Linux/debian 
running system ;-)
