Kernel 2.4.13 and modules.deb

Hello,

I use 2.4.13 kernel from APUS site and during boot I see that Woody cannot
find lib/modules/2.4.13/modules.deb 
It's quite obvious since such file isn't included in kernel's archive.
Where can I get it? Or how can I create it myself?
