Debian? you mean Linux kernel.

probably not, but i've never seen this card, owned one or
listened to one. 

as for porting. if its a BSD driver you cant simply rewrite it
for the Linux kernel IIRC - the BSD licence is a quite different
beast to the Linux GPL licence.

you'd have to write a new driver..without referencing the old one
