Kernel support for UW-SCSI Controller

Hello,

I am trying to get some information about the support of the AMIGA UW-SCSI
controller of the Cyberstorm  604 board. 
Why must I use a IDE drive, when I have a fine UW-controller inside?

There are people working on it.  I can't say when it will work, if ever.
Could be a couple weeks.  Could be never (but I doubt it.)

Because there is no driver for the UW controller silly.

the UW-SCSI interface on the CS_PPC is still not supported.

because not enough people helping to finish the driver?  the guys who are
working on the problem are working as hard as they can on it.

PS blame it on the very very very slow/reluctant release of information
from Phase5 et al
