#2 Serial transfer hangs with MFCIII

After some time and some disk access, the serial
transfer through MFC will stop. This seems to be some
interrupt related problem. After a reconnect, which
works, still no data is sent or received. Running the modem
on the internal serial port does not show this behaviour,
but it reacts even worse to disk access.

System: A4k, CVPPC/233, 128MB, IDE HD, CV64/3D, MFCIII,
GVP-II(GURU ROM)

I have a problem on ASDG dual serial board:
just moving a Logitech wheeel mouse the
system hangs completely and i have to reboot,
or poweroff.

Is a related problem?
