Hi Paul, Welcome! The documentation available is limited to the series 5mx. The series 5 uses the CL-PS7110, which you can find the datasheet for online. The netbook and netbook pro are documented only by the kernel source, and there were major issues with the netbook port (interrupts from PCMCIA and CF were not working, so they had to be constantly polled). The netbook pro port is more-or-less complete though I think. The 5mx "windermere" SoC is very similar to the CL-PS7110. In terms of the documentation, I don't know how important the conditions attached to it are these days, given how far removed the psion IP owners are from psion, and perhaps that is a topic for wider discussion here on the list (I believe there are still quite a few people subscribed here). But the conditions I got when I received it were essentially to only distribute it to psion linux developers, not to make it publicly available, and to make sure that anyone I distributed it to understood and agreed to the same terms. If you're fine with that I'll send it over.
