I installed everything correctly, but there seems to be a problem with permission.. after the installation, those created files like db_connect.php always have 'nobody' as group instead of the owner of the account. But I have changed the ownership and edited the information correctly inside db_connect.php. however i still receive error at www.apc.sg/photo/ may I know what is wrong? :(
