Installation just doesn't work

When I try to install, I get no setup instructions, just some code on the screen. Why would this occur? Any ideas why the setup just wouldn't run?

  hehe, yeah, I turned off PHP when I installed ISPConfig, but I seriously doubt that I'll use it, so I re-enabled it globally.
