one thing is the memory_limit and the other one the runtime_limit. If your image is too large, you will run into problems with the memory_limit. on the other hand. if your you add too much images at once, your server may run into the runtime_limit. to come arround the memory_limit you have to resize your image to a lower size and resolution. To come arround the runtime limit. add only a couple of images at once. Let's say 15, then let the thumbs create. Add another 15 and start thumb creation again. Dependend on your server speed it may work with more ore less images in one run...

Why is showed only text "thumbnail"? Why isn't showed photo? Resolution size is 2048x1536, file size = 550kB.

your server has a very low memory limit (8MB) and a low runtime... You should resize the images and only add a couple off photos once.
