How to run install.php ?

I face the following error message when I launch LinPHA:

That's nice but I've no clue on how to launch this file.

I use Windows XP Pro, EasyPHP1.7 (Apache 1.3.27 / PHP 4.3.3 / MySQL 4.0.15). As you probably already guess, I'm a real beginner in this matter.

the upcoming 0.9.2 release has the install instructions included as an HTML version and features some other minor improvements in install...

HTML file would be much more easier for beginner like me.
But after hard time and thanks to your support LinPHA is running smooth on my PC
