I have read the changelog before posting this item!
I have now installed the last snap shot of the 28/06/2005 and the admin menu is not yet avaible.
The date of the last modified files are:
- Header.php 27/06/2005
- Rotate.php 26/06/2005
- ChangeLog 26/06/2005
- Verify.php 25/06/2005
- db-api.php 25/06/2005

I have only 1 user, the value of the column group ids "admin" as you can see in the following dump of the table.
Textes rduits ID nickname password email lang level groups fullname
Modifier Effacer 1 linpha2 5f4dcc3b5aa765d61d8327deb882cf99 jdv@aateck.com French 10 admin;

i think you have done a reinstall, not an update?
you are right, there was a bug
the column groups shouldn't be "admin;" but ";1;"

please have a look at the changelog before posting bugs in unstable releases
there you see that this bug is already fixed

This is an install from 0.
With the column groups ";1;" I9 can use admin functions.
