I recently had to re-install my linpha server and now when ever it does the convert the cmd box opens and closed, become quite annoying when to are try to watch a slide show ?????, in the past the cmd box would be hidden and only show in the task manager

to prevent this behaviour:
if you are using apache on windows, install apache as a windows-service and change the user which is running this service to System or another user
