Release of first prototype with base functionality, but many must be made and upgrade.

Hi all

This project is just rising.
Now it is in phase, that I test pices of code separately.
I test how to made some development abilities under Python, like internacionalization, unittest etc.

Next step will be, put the pices together and publish program in CSV.
