Sorry, but I am missing the point of the question manager? I see a number of 
headings with no content. "View All Records" also show me nothing.  Is this 
intended as the interface to add questions to the system? Unless this 
mechanism can insert the question into a KU in the XML file and make the 
necessary references I am missing the point. 

Just to give it a go, I tried to add a question and got this: 

Error Notice 

I am sorry, but there were some errors in your submission. Please correct the 
errors to continue...
