[Linkbat-devel] New data file (includes Topics)

Hi All!

Here is a new version of  the dyk.data file (which is converted into Concept 
KUs). I have added 1-3 topics to each of them. These are the topics that I 
talked about in my last email.

Luu, please integrate this into the code. I will be working on adding topics 
to the other data files, but I would like to have input on the list of topics 
before I do all of them. With this new dyk.data file, you can do the code to 
create the <Topics> container and the <TopicRef> entries. The code should not 
be any different for the other data files.
