#10 Chinese support needed

Linguaphile doesn't support Chinese yet.

There may be problems with traditional versus simplified
characters.
Ideally we should be able to handle characters and Pinyin with
the one dictionary and engine.
Deciding which groups of characters are "words" is sure to be
very difficult.
