#9 Thai word breaking

There are two problems translating Thai HTML.

1) Since Thai doesn't use spaces between words and
Linguaphile.pm doesn't support Thai word-breaking, neither does
htmllinguaphile.pl

2) If the HTML uses the <wbr> tag, it will be translated properly but
we need to now insert spaces to break the English words apart.
This will require some kind of interaction between the front end
and the back end, especially since Linguaphile.pm always
translated a whole "span" at a time.
htmllinguaphile.pl will need to replace <wbr> with a space
every time the span to the left or to the right or both are
successfully translated.
For this we need some way for the front end to know how
successful the back end was.

As of today, I've fixed part 2 of this bug.
htmllinguaphile now replaces WBR tags with spaces when it ought to.
