As I mentioned in my previous email:
- the paper "LighTS: A Lightweight, Customizable Tuple Space Supporting 
Context-Aware Applications" to appear in SAC05, available at
http://www.elet.polimi.it/upload/picco/papers/sac05.pdf
contains a description of the overall architecture of lights (including 
adapters).
- the source code distribution at lights.sf.net contains the 
implementation of a TSpaces adapter.

Btw, if you set off to implement a LighTS adapter towards a RDBMS, we 
are happy to provide help in that respect.
