I am unable to duplicate this error on RPI core (which is running what will
eventually be 2.8.0).

I expect the chaos was not due to the
name.  The real problem was a user
connection that was "stuck",  and the
moo task to notify that user was hung
in 'notifyloop'.  Achorrath was thinking
up wise thoughts for  how to fix that
problem. (and I have also been thinking
about that issue).

We also changed RPI's core so that names
for new discussions now have the same
restrictions as names that users can pick
for themselves (via /reserve)  No more
double-quotes in discussion names, or ';', 
or ':', or a few other characters.
