Because the pdf viewer we used couldn't be docked, and had several 
annoying bugs, we sort of rewrote that functionality. That's why we 
removed the print functionality.
Also, the JPedal viewer sometimes renders the pdf incorrectly, so it is 
more safe to use Adobe Reader to print.
Though I will look into putting printing back to jPedal, but perhaps 
that will not be easy.
