#22 Enhancement: a 'print' command in the PDF preview

Since the PDF viewer has been rewritten, the 'pint' command that did exist in JPedal has disappeared -- and it seems that some users did use it. I'm not sure what it would take to re-enable it; I suspect the code could be borrowed from the ex-JPedal viewer, and added in the Preview interface e.g. as a button next to the ruler button.
