When I said everything, I was referring to all of the
items that you listed in your previous post to the
mailing list on things to cover.

I am able to run lilproxy without any problems through
Cygwin, so when I develop my code, that is the
platform I will be using.  I feel that there shouldn't
be any other problems with my code running on other platforms.
