#3 Add interactive editor for channel maps

It is fairly difficult to compose the channel maps
using the text string method. It would be much nicer
if there was an interactive dialog for tuning the
channel maps.

Maybe just accept a DMX adress without intensity as %100
standard. Saves a lot of typing.
