#24 Fix crash in allfam10c report
The report allfam10c crashes with the following error
message if it encounters a family with an unknown
husband and/or wife:
Runtime Error at line 54: fullname: the arg #1 must be
a person.
The attached patch fixes this problem by not calling
fullname() for missing individuals.
