Did you reconfigure your system?  It's saying it can't find jw.
I know you just recently reformated the docs so only other thing I can
imagine is that somehow your PATH got changed and now doesn't include path 
to jw.

Everything builds for me so I don't think it's the Makefile.am change

Well, I checked in files docs/ll-index.html and docs/ll-index.sv.html.
So I have no more changes planned.
