[Licq-main] User status wrong

Hello,

Every time I go from online to away, some users which previously seemd 
to be occupied go online in exact this moment. However, in real the user 
was not occupied all the time.

It seems that this problem occurs only if the remote users use the sim 
icq (http://sim-icq.sourceforge.net/) client.

The relevant net dump:
