[Licq-main] resolv.conf

Silly question...  is it usual to have to restart licq if I rewrite my
/etc/resolv.conf file?  I just dialled up with a different ISP so I have
different nameservers.  Licq said it couldn't locate the icq server
until I exited and restarted it.
