RVNGFileStream uses "fopen()" to open a file stream.

Unfortunately on Windows this function only accepts file names in ANSI encoding and fails for filenames containing any Unicode characters.

Could this maybe adapted to account for "_wfopen()", the Unicode version of "fopen()" on Windows?
