#28 An odt2wpd converter; fixes for wpd2odt cross-references, etc.

Hello,

After many long sessions with Claude Code, I have the following:

1. A working odt2wp5 and odt2wp6 converter, which creates WPD output from ODT files. It includes the ability to output "live" cross-references.
2. The "live" cross-reference feature now works in wpd2odt.
3. Existing wpd2odt does not import WP5 page numbering; this has been fixed.

Would it make sense to add a pull-request to the github clone of libwpd, or something else? Of course it would be very good to see these improvements in LibreOffice also.
