[Libvncserver-common] [RFC] split out x11vnc source into own repository

Hi Karl, list,

Now that LibVNCServer/LibVNCClient have a new home (https://github.com/LibVNC)
under a GitHub organisation umbrella, we thought it might be good to split
the projects that have historically been living in the same repo for technical
reasons into separate repositories under said umbrella. 

So, the idea is to have a new https://github.com/LibVNC/x11vnc repository,
based on the commits in the /x11vnc tree.

What do you think about it?
