#9 support MS logons

When Windows machines use UltraVNC, they use a special addition to the vnc protocol to support Domain logons instead of the normal password - this is a real nice feature.
It would be really nice if libvncserver/viewer would support that too.

I've found a patch for vncviewer, maybe this one can be adopted?
