[Libvisual-devel] Gthread detection support

Ok, here is the patch which allow libvisual to detect gthread-2.0
presence during configure process.

To use Gthread *within* libivisual, the macro LV_HAVE_GTHREAD2 is
defined on config.h on top level source dir.
