[Libvisual-devel] xmms plugin now make use of libvisual-widgets

Well, it make use of gtk1 widgets only if they are present. If that is
the case, the xmms plugin allow to change the options of every libvisual
plugin that provides an user interface.

libvisual-widgets still having some small problem on installation, I
will take a look at this.
