Great! I've updated lvdisplay.

Lvdisplay now supports framebuffer based plugins in GLX. Well, almost. :)
8bit plugins rendered in 8bit RGB 3 3 2. no palette support now.

Dennis, why oinksie plugin resizes (almost) correctly while others
(mostly) not? What steps should be performed to notify everything that
dimensions have changed?

PS. lvdisplay is extremly unstable. It can crash itself, crash your
X Server or freeze your PC. Sorry. ;)
