Heya list,

What kind of behavior do we want on the VISUAL_PLUGIN_FLAG_SPECIAL 
flag ?

This flag is used for plugins like 'webcam' 'gdkpixbuf' and
other special purpose plugins which shouldn't be used in regular plugin
rotations like used in the xmms plugin.

However now we have this flag I'm not sure what the correct behavior
from libvisual would be.

Anyone suggestions on this ?
