After having a look around, it seems the best options are either Mambo or a 
custom CMS. Mambo is perhaps a bit overblown for your site, but it's easily 
extendable and has things like RSS built in, while if I make one out of my 
libraries it may not have RSS for a few days, but it's going to be more 
suited for your needs and enable us to do the banner stuff correctly.

I'm going to start trying a custom one locally; the SF databases are quite 
slow (actually, you'll probably need to get one created if you haven't 
already), but I can copy everything over once it's done.
