[Libvisual-devel] libvisual-plugins package updated

I have changed completely the way plugins are
optionally builded. Now is possible to disable
any plugin, but all plugins will still there
on the dist target, so don't worry about to meet
all the dependencies for to make a release package.

Also a mmap/munmap function check was added for 
the mplayer input plugin.
