[Libvisual-devel] Latest wrapper code

Here's the latest wrapper in case anyone's interested.

It should be pretty much complete, except for the addition of 3 
parameters to each class:

int width;
int height;
int audio_input_type;

The width and height are just for convenience for hosts, 
audio_input_type will be used in libvis_init to pick the audio input type.
