On the copyright banner stuff.

I want to do something like this:

Being able to add a file 'copyright-banner.c' to a source dir
which contains the banner + appropiate copyright assignment and such.

Have a small script, program that adds this to the head of
all header and program files AND is capable of replacing the old
headers with a newer version.

Is this a good idea ?
