I never used alphabetic listing... I'll try it later (next week)

Maybe you're using dirty memory (uninitialized)? Or lost pointers? Those are 
the main point of failures I see.

I don't have anything special. I'll try to get mplayer plugin working and new 
ebuilds.

I'm entering on unviersity vacation this week (although my 30hs/week work goes 
on) so I will have more free time next.
