Looks that way.

If the values you get in the Control requests are the one you populated 
in the app, there's not much of anywhere else to look, especially as you 
confirm that libusbK sees a stall under similar circumstances as well.

If you really have more than 16 KB addressable memory, you probably want 
to check the firmware to see if there's a soft limit in there or something.
