How can we possibly know that?  We don't know anything about your
device, except that it is a HID device.  YOU have to know what your
device does, and so only YOU know what commands your device expects and
what responses it gives.  You need to change your sample so that it
tests YOUR device.

Further, you STILL have not told us what the program actually does when
you run it.  Without that, none of us knows what's going wrong.
